Why are there no Quarians in Mass Effect Andromeda?
Quarians were actually part of the initiative and did have an ark ship, but they aren’t in the game because their ark ship was delayed and hasn’t arrived yet. The Quarians arriving was actually going to be added as dlc, but that was cancelled along with any other future dlc.
