Why women should work in kitchens?
Women can help raise the bar on appropriate behavior. When the Executive Chef is a woman, women tend to flock to those kitchens because they want to learn from one of their own and they want a fair working environment. More women could mean a fifty-fifty split or occasionally, a few more women than men.

They can belong in a mom’s club or a fight club or whatever the Sam Hill makes them happy. The point is, it is not our job to judge or to belittle, but to instead acknowledge and encourage the dreams and aspirations of our fellow [wo]men. Feminism is an incredible idea that fights to make the world equal and fair.
Are women more delicate than men?
Despite the fact that the 2014 group was more diverse than the 1983 group, they still indicated that they believed women are more likely to be physically delicate and exhibit kindness, and that men are more likely to exhibit competitiveness.
