Do they end up saving kakeru in orange?
At first it seemed like they didn’t change anything; Kakeru still died. However, when they all rushed to his side, he was still alive! He really did want to die at first, however he remembered them, his friends. He also told his friends that he was glad to be alive, and thanked them for saving him.
Does Suwa confess to Naho?
Naho in the altered timeline has no idea how Suwa really feels about her. In this life, he never confessed to her. All the time he was nothing but supportive of her and Kakeru’s relationship. She had no reason to suspect he loved her romantically himself.
Do Azu and Hagita get together?
Saku Hagita Hagita and Azu can be generally seen arguing, usually over minor conflicts. Their friends have told them they resembled an “old married couple.” Despite this, Azusa seems to care about Hagita in a friendly manner. She gets married to him in alternate timeline and is dating him in the main timeline.

Kakeru and Naho begin dating shortly after, promising to always be happy together with everyone else. Ten years later, he and Naho are now married (thus making her Naho Naruse) and has a son named Haru.

In the alternate timeline, ten years into the future, Suwa is married to Naho and they have a child. Thus, he, like Naho in the alternate timeline as well as Azusa, Takako and Hagita of the alternate timeline, sends letters to their past self to help prevent Kakeru’s death.

Relationships. Saku likes Azusa but denies it. Finally, in the future, he and Azusa are married.
