How to cleanse Rose Quartz?

1) Water. There are a variety of methods but one quick cleansing method is by using a bowl of warm water (not salt water) to cleanse this type of quartz. 2) Sunlight. Another powerful cleansing device is by using the smudging technique, which is by using circular motions whilst lightly covering your crystal with smoke. 6) Breathwork. Another form of excellent cleanser is by using breath work to cleanse your stones and crystals with your own breath of emotions and intentions. 7) Use the Earth. If you have a clear path of Earth (good soil that is) place your rose quartz crystal into the soil. 8) Cleanse with Selenite. If you have selenite crystals, you can use their cleansing energy also to cleanse your rose quartz, (just don’t place selenite in water as it dissolves.)
