Is it healthy to study all day?

Technically, it is possible to study all day if you put your mind to it, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that without some sort of well thought out plan in place. In other words, studying all day is a very tiring process that might not produce any good result if that is literally what you are doing for the whole day.

You might think this is just a coincidence, but it could also be down to the way you’re studying. Cramming and studying for long periods without adequate rest can put your body in danger of getting sick.
