Is Austria a good place to study abroad?

For the 10th year running Vienna took the top spot in Mercer’s Quality of Living survey. There are also over 130,000 students in Vienna, making it an amazing place to study and live, and it came 11th in the most recent QS Best Student Cities index. However, the rest of Austria is great for students too.
