How long does it take to get results from a home drug test?
Your First Check® Home Drug Test will provide you with results in 5 minutes. You should not wait longer than 10 minutes to read the results. A red or pink line must appear next to the word “Control” to indicate the test has worked correctly.
How long does it take to get a negative drug test?
Negative results, therefore, are generally available within 2-3 days, while positive test results may take up to a week to confirm. Though it may take slightly longer than urine tests, hair tests have the advantage of being able to detect drug use from many months before the specimen was collected.
Is it good if your pee is clear?
Clear. Clear urine indicates that you’re drinking more than the daily recommended amount of water. While being hydrated is a good thing, drinking too much water can rob your body of electrolytes.
Is clear urine bad?
Clear urine is a sign of good hydration and potential overhydration. Pale yellow urine is an indicator of good hydration. Dark yellow urine is a sign to drink more fluids. Amber-colored urine can indicate dehydration.
Can you pass a drug test at home?
Well, honestly, it is pretty deceiving if I simply assure you a passed home drug test is a solid proof of being able to pass a lab test. Keep in mind that some lab tests detect as little as 20 Ng of THC per ml of urine, while most are set to detect 50 Ng per ml. That’s why you have to do everything possible to lower the THC saturation to a minimum.
How do you interpret the results of a home drug test?
We’d like to take some time and answer one of the questions we get asked most often. So you’ve purchased a home drug test, followed all the directions, and provided your sample. You wait 10 minutes and you interpret the test. When you view the results, you have a faint line adjacent to the Test (T) region of the strip.
Can you pass a drug test with a negative result?
Yes, a negative result on a drug screening or a laboratory test means the individual “passed” the drug test because the test did not indicate the presence of drugs. However, it doesn’t necessarily mean the level of the drugs being tested is zero. What does a negative drug screen result mean?
What should I do if my drug test results are invalid?
Please carefully read the directions again and repeat the test with a new test card. If the result is still invalid, contact us. The Control Region (C) line must appear at the top of each testing window. The results are read for each numbered line below the (C) line and the number corresponds to the drug letters printed below the window.
