Does photoelectric current depends on frequency of light?

Current is not dependent on the frequency of photons. Frequency of photons is only related to the kinetic energy.

Does photoelectric effect depend on intensity of light?

In the photoelectric effect, light incident on the surface of a metal causes electrons to be ejected. The classical expectation of the photoelectric effect was that the number of emitted electrons would depend upon the frequency, and their kinetic energy should depend upon the intensity of the light wave.

We see in photoelectric effect by increasing frequency the K.E of photoelectrons increases. If velocity of electrons increases then time will be less then current should increase then why current remains constant.?

The photocurrent will tend to remain constant under these conditions since it is proportional to n. With real light sources, typically the easiest parameter to control is the intensity. So it is most likely that the source will keep total intensity constant as the frequency ν increases.
