Why can Eren and Zeke control Titans?

Zeke’s (Beast Titan) control on Titan is because of 2 factors: He belongs to the Fritz bloodline because his mother was Dina Fritz. He injects his own spinal fluid in the Titan serum he uses to control the Titan.
