Unbaptized people cannot go to heaven, nor can non-Catholics.

Can you still go to heaven if your not Baptised?

And not being baptized does not disqualify you from heaven. Heaven is being in God’s presence, and that doesn’t start once you die.

Is it a sin to not get baptized?

It is not a sin. Your sin is not taken away if you are not baptised in the name of Jesus Christ. This is mentioned in Acts 2 38. First baptism goes with repentance and both are ‘voluntary acts’ , your parents can’t baptize you, for you.

Unbaptized people can go to Heaven. This is the assertion of St. Augustine in The City of God. He asserts it within the context of martyrdom. They may go to Heaven if they die confessing Christ as their savior. This allows for martyrs and the elderly to forego being baptized.

Will some people go to heaven because of their sin?

The Bible is abundantly clear that some people will be there, but it’s not because of their sin. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.” Those who are reconciled to God go to Heaven.

Can a person be saved if they don’t go to church?

Can a person be saved if they are not baptized, not Catholic and don’t go to church? It’s possible with God’s providence (Matt. 19:26), but it is certainly more difficult given the lack of access to the sacraments and other ordinary means of sanctification and salvation that God has provided his Catholic Church.

Do we need sanctifying grace to enter into heaven?

First, no one can enter heaven without sanctifying grace. We all need it. Sanctifying grace is an indwelling of God in us. It “perfects the soul itself to enable it to live with God” (Catechism, 2000 ). Sanctifying grace can be lost by a single mortal sin (see Catechism, 1861 ).
