Pack your wig up into a ponytail to avoid the edges sticking to the glue.

  • Test fit the wig and trim the extra lace on the edges.
  • Braid your hair into cornrows to help hide it under the wig and avoid bumps.
  • Clean the skin on your hairline to remove oil and dirt. You can use soap and water or dab with alcohol.
  • Spray your hairline with a scalp protector to prevent direct contact between your skin and the glue.

  • Gently put on your wig until the edges align with your hairline.

    How to install lace wig?

    Place your wig on your head and part the hair above your ear. Cut any excess lace and hair so that your ears are not covered by your wig.

  • Find the braids closest to the tops of your ears and section off the front hair into two parts and secure them with clips.
  • Using your threaded c-shape needle,begin to sew the edge of the frontal through the wig cap and your tracks.
  • Next,part one of the front sections about ½ inch above your ear,creating a part that spans from your ear to your hairline.
  • If you want to keep the lace from slipping back,sew the lace front into one of the braids that you will not create a part at.
