Is IISER Mohali underrated? – Quora. To some extent yes! Its website didn’t provide all relevant and necessary information regarding all aspects of IISER Mohali. However they have very recently changed the website,which I believe to be updated but still so much to do in website.

IISER MOHALI is a basic science research institute. It doesn’t offer any technical courses so direct placements from campus are not there. Students after their 5 year degree do their PhD from some of the best universities across the world. There is no placement cell in the college.

Life in IISER Mohali is pretty awesome. Do not freak out even before you reach there(as you will get enough oppurtunity once classes start in full swing). You take the books you love to read and clothes that suit your taste. All daily utility items would be available in the shopping complex.
