The Dark Eldar are more Chaotic than their Eldar brethren being darker and more kinkier for their need to inflict pain to stop Saanesh dooming them all.

In 2nd edition it was mentioned that Eldar could fall to Chaos. The aspect paths were intended to prevent this. On the Crone worlds some Eldar survived the fall as servants of chaos (or were resurrected as playthings).

The Eldar themselves are a warrior race. The first thing they did was fight, and in the Craftworld societies what path people actually get lost on is the Warrior one for the most part. I would say Khorne are the best match for Chaos Eldar, though the others aren’t too far either.
