What type of learners are INTJs?

INTJs are planners. They are organized learners who plan their learning experiences. They enjoy asking questions and learning about theories as well as models. INTJs are highly analytical, seeing practical applications for knowledge.

How do INTJ learn?

INTJs learn best when teaching is systematic (e.g., an organized degree or certification program) and intensive. However, they are also able to learn material from sources not unified by a single formal learning process (e.g., individual courses or readings).

Do INTJs like learning?

INTJs and INFJs are quiet and imaginative learners who are focused on long-term goals and abstract concepts. They like learning that focuses on the future or the big picture, and they enjoy doing anything in a new, creative way. They especially tend to excel at creative writing.

Are INTJs good at math?

INTJs are often great at seeing patterns in systems. Patterns are one of the keys for mathematics – seeing those as an INTJ seems to give “leaps and bounds” knowledge to an INTJ, but it’s just that that INTJ has figured out the patterns and how to apply them in other situations.

Are INTJ good at languages?

As I’ve said before, INTJs have an edge in any academic field because they all rely heavily on logic and intuitive thinking, and languages are no exception. However, I think -NTPs are probably a bit more well suited for learning languages than their -NTJ counterparts.

Are Infj’s slow?

INFJs tend to be the type who learn new things slowly but very well. When an INFJ decides to take up some new skill or area of study, they’re not generally going to learn it as quickly as T-types (for theoretical or more math/science-based fields of study) or S-types (for physical skills).

Logical, reserved, creative, and decisive. These logical students are forward thinkers that love to know the “why” behind learning. They need their information organized and in a logical format, they have a hard time seeing the big picture when the material is not orderly. INTJs have impeccable recall skills.
