He seems weaker because his driving factor has gone. His initial driving factor was his grudge against Endeavor and proving that he does not need him or his genetics. Because now he has somewhat come to “respect” Endeavor as a hero , I feel his driving factor has gone. Also Class 1-A has gotten stronger.
