Unfortunately, there are many variables that can strongly effect your experience at the beginning includes your assigned team leader (kinda like your boss), your assigned client, and your assigned application manager.

The company is also focusing on the in person experience so while the rest of the country adapts to some amount of remote work, work at Epic also means live in the suburbs of Madison which might not be for everyone.
