I was not able to find a way using GOOGLETRANSLATE () but it looks like you might be able to combine that with an add-on called “Mandarin Cantonese Tools” to get the pinyin. Then search for “pinyin”, you should see the add-on in the results list. Click the blue “Free” button to install.
