How can I get immediate resignation from TCS?

Just send a mail to your project lead or manager while looping hr. Manager or lead will call you immediately once they receive your mail. Explain the situation that why you want to resign. Then Hr will will call you for your confirmation and will ask you few questions like reasons for resign, better compensation e.t.c.
