But, as you pass the first round, they will ask you to perform a talent other than singing. There are times where they ask you to dance either so don’t get too flustered. But, it is completely fine if you can’t dance because they do know that you’re auditioning based on your vocals and not your dance.
How many songs should I prepare for JYP audition?
I recommend you to prepare 4 songs. 1 korean and 1 english. The other two (english and korean too) is a reserve song just in case JYP request you to do another song if he wanted to hear more from you.

What kind of Dance can I do in the JYP dance competition?
Self-choreographed dance, cover dance, hip-hop, b-boy, popping, locking etc. (No restrictions in genre) The finalists will be offered an opportunity to participate in the special training system of JYP Entertainment.
How many songs should I prepare for my online audition?
For your online audition, prepare just 1 song. Make it last only 1 to maybe (AT MOST) 1 minute and 30 seconds. Staff sees a lot of long videos and might get bored if they have to watch for too long. First impressions matter!!! Now for what song, I would recommend either an English or Korean song.
Does JYP like when trainees perform JYP songs?
1.JYP is stated several times he doesn’t like hearing Trainees performing JYP songs. So don’t (for any other company either) 2. If you are Korean and live in Korea give your introduction in Korean and sing your song in English, this shows you are bilingual.
