Water is diamagnetic – its actually slightly repelled by a magnet. However, the repulsion force is very small. So, a very powerful magnet could deflect a stream of rainwater, but the amount of deflection would be barely noticeable for common magnets, including even powerful Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NIB) magnets.
