Shoto Todoroki has one of the most powerful quirks in My Hero Academia. From his right side, he can instantly produce mountains of ice.

Is Todoroki immune to ice?

Todoroki Isn’t Immune to Temperatures As shown during the first few arcs, if Todoroki doesn’t heat himself up, ice will start to form on his body, which could have potentially disastrous consequences. While he can always heat up or cool down to mediate the damage, he can’t nullify it.
