Waterproof earbuds such as xFyro earbuds with an IP67 rating will survive water from the showerhead for up to 30 minutes. It means, the higher the waterproof rating the number of minutes you can use them under the shower.
Can you shower with IP55 earbuds?
IP55 protection is almost complete protection from dust particles and a good level of protection against water. This means basically you can have basic protection from splashing water drops (rain and possibly a shower if you kept them from being directly sprayed with the shower head) and protection from sweat.

Can I wear a water resistant watch in the shower?
They are not designed to withstand warm water. When your watches cools down after the shower, moist air gets sucked into the case. Doing this repeatedly will deteriorate the movement, even if your watch is water resistant or if it’s a dive watch with a depth rating of 100 m or more.

The Aeropex can reportedly reproduce sound from 20Hz to 20KHz which is the full frequency range that a human ear can ear. Not all bone conduction headphones can achieve that same frequency range. Check the specification carefully. The overall sound signature has a forward mid-range.
