Can a paradox be proved?

The well known proving method by “reductio ad absurdum” consists of deducing a false statement Q from a hypothesis P. Accordingly, from P => Q we obtain ~Q => ~P. Sometimes this method is extended to paradoxes. By contrast, the negation of a paradox becomes the same paradox.
