Why did Hela say the Infinity Gauntlet was fake?

She actually said that the Casket of Ancient Winters was weak and that the Infinity Gauntlet was a fake. Because during the first phase of the Marvel Universe they were not sure they were going to get this far with the MCU. And they dropped an Easter Egg in showing us the Infinity Gauntlet in Odins Weapon Vault.

Was the Infinity Gauntlet in Thor: Ragnarok real?

After all this, Kevin Feige talked about how the Gauntlet in Odin’s vault was originally mostly just an easter egg, but also gave an in-universe explanation for Odin having a fake Infinity Gauntlet; essentially that Odin was pretending to have it so people on Asgard wouldn’t worry about it being used against them.
