Here are some of my favourite quick fixes when I’m fed up with life…

  1. 1 | Call a friend.
  2. 2 |Ask for help.
  3. 3 | Make a feel-good list.
  4. 4 | Go for a walk.
  5. 5 | Write it down.
  6. 6 | Give yourself a time limit.
  7. 7 | Ask yourself, “why am I really fed up with life?”

  2. Feeling exhausted all the time.
  3. Experiencing ‘brain fog’, find it hard to think clearly.
  4. Finding it hard to concentrate.
  5. Feeling restless and agitated.
  6. Feeling tearful, wanting to cry all the time.
  7. Not wanting to talk to or be with people.

What to do when you are fed up with your family?

  1. Find the root cause of the chaos and eliminate them.
  2. Explain others what is troubling you when everyone is in a relaxed mood.
  3. Make a few sacrifice for your family members.(they are the one who will travel a long way with you)
  4. Without any shyness ask them Sorry to restore peace.
  5. Consider their problems too.
