UGC NET HRM/Labour Welfare consists of Paper-1(Teaching and Research Aptitude) and Paper-2(HRM/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations). UGC-NET is a test being conducted to determine the eligibility ‘for Assistant Professor’ and ‘for Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ in Indian universities and colleges.
