What countries do Turks live in?

The Turkish people, or simply the Turks, (Turkish: Türkler) are the world’s largest Turkic ethnic group; they speak various dialects of the Turkish language and form a majority in Turkey and Northern Cyprus.

What were the Turks known for?

The Ottomans were known for their achievements in art, science and medicine. Istanbul and other major cities throughout the empire were recognized as artistic hubs, especially during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent.

They might like or feel symphaty for other Muslims/Turkics. But this doesn’t mean they admire Germany, Italy, USA, UK, Canada, Nordic countries, Azerbaijan, Pakistan etc. The ONLY country Turks admire is unquestionably Japan. Turks might like or would prefer moving European countries, for familiarity of culture, similar alphabet, schooling opportunities, ease of travel, welfare system etc. They might like or feel symphaty for other Muslims/Turkics. But this doesn’t mean they admire Germany, Italy, USA, UK, Canada, Nordic countries, Azerbaijan, Pakistan etc.

Germans are honest, hardworking and smart. These traits are greatly admired by Turkish people. Besides Germany lost 2 World Wars and yet German people have rebuild Germany spectacularly. Moreover Ottomans and Germany were allies in WW1 and they are still NATO allies.

Who are Turkic tribes?

Turks were historically a nomadic people. As such, Turkic tribes and clans typically absorbed people that they came in contact with for many centuries.
