What branch of science is neuroscience?

biology
Neuroscience is the scientific study of the structure and function of the nervous system. It encompasses the branch of biology that deals with the anatomy, biochemistry, molecular biology, and physiology of neurons and neural circuits. It also encompasses cognition, and human behaviour.

Is neurology related to physics?

Neurophysics is the branch of medical physics concerned with using physics techniques to study the properties and behaviour of the central nervous system (i.e. the brain and spinal cord). Virtually all the neurophysics at Queen Square is concerned with Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy.
