Does Quora track my Google searches?

Yes! It does. Just like every other site. This is something that I was noticing from the moment I started using Quora and today I saw this question.

Does Quora keep a history?

Unfortunately Quora app doesn’t provide such history, but you can get back to the question/answer by using below methods if your memory is good.
