Not unless you’re Jewish. God gave Shabbat to the Jews at Sinai as an eternal sign of their Covenant throughout the generations. We still keep it on the seventh day, the day God rested and commanded us to ‘keep’ and ‘observe’ in a specific way. Unless you’re Jewish, it really doesn’t matter what day you take off.
