Yes, of course he can since he is Naruto’s equal in strength. He had Sage of the Six Paths chakra so he may win against Momoshiki on his own. He may not use Ninjutsu so that Momoshiki can’t absorb it and return it back but his Taijutsu skills surpasses many more shinobi.
