Can you have a pet house sparrow?

They can be good pets if rescued as babies and raised by humans, but it depends on individual bird. I have two, but they are not very tame and are more bonded to each other. They are not as good pets as starlings or pigeons in my experience. But they are cute and very intelligent actually.
