Can iPhone be hacked without passcode?
In December 2019 a new iOS vulnerability was discovered called checkm8. This exploit potentially allows a hacker to jailbreak a device without needing to know the passcode and access small amounts of data on the device, including keychain data such as account passwords and usernames.
Can Apple tell me if my phone is hacked?
There is no known way of remotely hacking an iPhone, and the only way to track it, would be to log in to your Apple ID on some other device and use the Find My app. You can check in Settings->Account (top of settings), what devices your Apple ID is logged in to.
Why does my iPhone keep asking me to change my pass-code?
After some research it seems that the issue is caused by websites open in safari, also nothing happens if you do not change your pass-code. According to Apple support there is no rhyme or reason to why it prompts you. But the fix is to clear your browsing history.

PS: If you already reset your phone, you’re all good. If your phone is fully patched (has all the current updates) there shouldn’t be a problem. The only way you can be “hacked remotely” via a website (without downloading or installing anything) is for the attacker to have some fancy exploit for your browser.

Can I use USB accessories without unlocking the iPhone first?
With the newest iOS, Apple made it a setting where USB accessories can’t be used without having the iPhone unlocked first, which I nor many people didn’t know about. Obviously this is useless to me now. Before I knew this, I read to buy the Lightning to USB 3 adapter and to plug in a keyboard to unlock the iPhone.
