Can Anulom Vilom be done with eyes open?

Closed room, without windows – Pranayama should be done in a well-ventilated room. There should be freshness in the air. If not, it may lead to breathing difficulty or it may interrupt free-thinking-process of the brain, leading to side effects.

Which is better Kapalbhati or Bhastrika?

Both the inhalation and exhalation are emphasized in bhastrika. Bhastrika is the more advanced of the two breaths, so if called to practice this type of breath it is wise to begin with kapalbhati.

How long one should do Bhastrika pranayama?
