Drill Instructors/Drill Sergeants don’t physically touch recruits. They don’t hit or physically assault recruits, ever. They come close, but they never physically hurt or even touch recruits.
What would happen if you punched a drill instructor?
More than likely the drill sergeant would protect himself any way he had to. Taking down the soldier would be the likely scenario as a ds would have the discipline and skill to not have to hit the soldier back. The soldier would be court martialed and possible jail time and kicked out.

Drill Sergeants are not suppose to physically abuse recruits, much like civilians aren’t allowed to murder each other, but it happens. Can two drill sergeants lie at the same time?
“Well” you state “the two Drill Sergeants can just physically abuse someone and get together and come up with a lie about the situation”. When a situation comes to the point where it must be investigated, that prior statement would not work out.
Are You Alone at basic training in the military?
Rarely, if ever, are you alone at basic training, another recruit will be there to witness the situation. In fact, before a Drill Sergeant can even make a correction to a recruit’s uniform, they have to tell the soldier they are approaching them to do such a task.
