Which is correct just woke up or just wake up?

If your intention is to imply that you woke up a short time ago then saying “I just wake up” is incorrect. In this case you must say “ I just woke up. “ “I just wake up” is grammatically correct.

I would always prefer to say, “I had just woken up.” Woken is the more common past participle of to wake, but waked may also be used.
