What was the capital of Cardolan?

I saw on a wiki that Tyn Gorthad was listed as the capital of Cardolan, but going through the the appendices it didn’t mention that at all, besides saying that after the razing of Amon Sul some of the Dunedain of that region moved to the area,and I don’t remember any confirmation of that in other Tolkien works.
