The Marvel Creative Committee was a group that gave notes on Marvel Cinematic Universe movie productions during the development process.

The MCU was planned before the first Iron Man. That’s why there was an after credits scene at the end of the first Iron Man that had Nick Fury in it discussing the Avengers and why The Incredible Hulk came out just a few months later as part of the MCU.
