As a general rule, Ne will look at a wide variety of options but not necessarily in great detail. Ne will tend to see a plethora of posibilities and tend to be big picture people. Ni will tend to focus in on one idea and get very precise with it. Ni users will tend to be detail oriented.

What is the difference between SI and SE?

One Sensing function, Extraverted Sensing (Se), is directed outwardly, while the other, Introverted Sensing (Si), is directed inwardly. Se serves as the dominant function for ESTPs and ESFPs, while Si is dominant in the ISTJ and ISFJ types.

Fi is a judging function where the individual makes decisions based on their own personal value system. Is Nini more accurate than Ne/si?

Ni operates (or draws conclusions) much faster than those on the Ne/Si axis. However, not sifting through all of possibilities, while faster, is not without its risks. Ni used well can be eerily accurate, but Ni without a well enough developed “internal database” of patterns can end up way off the mark.

What is the difference between Si dominant and Ni dominant personality types?

If you’re an ISFJ or an ISTJ you would be called Si-dominant. If you’re an INFJ or an INTJ you’d be called Ni-dominant. These preferences create major differences in how these four types view the world.
