What happened to garak in Deep Space Nine?
In 2368, Garak somehow betrayed Tain, and Tain ordered him killed. Garak escaped, but was exiled from his homeworld of Cardassia Prime. Garak also said that he was exiled after being framed by his best friend Elim with evidence that a member of the Obsidian Order was allowing Bajoran prisoners to escape.
Was Gul Dukat good or bad?
Yes. He believes The Occupation was a good thing — not just for Cardassia but for Bajor. He believes the slaughter, the deaths, the punishment, the mines, the torture, the murders and so on, were all done for the benefit of Bajor.
Is Garak good or bad?
Garak probably was pretty evil when he was in the Obsidian Order. He killed, tortured, lied, exploited, and pretty much did anything else to further his career and his family’s power all in the name of duty to his government and the “greater good” of the Cardassian people.
