Which is better Ryerson or Carleton?
All the best. Either is probably a fine choice. I personally chose Carleton because the cutoff marks for admission are higher than Ryerson’s, and the faculty is larger and older (and thus more reputable).

So its strictly case by case. The thing is they won’t deny either, they will keep your application under process and still taking other applications. So they make you wait. Its similar for Windsor but it’s still faster than Carleton in majority of cases.
