Now soldiers can official choose between the Plank or Leg Tucks for their 6th event of this physical exam. For a maximum score, soldiers must hold a forearm plank for 4 minutes 20 seconds. For a minimum passing score of 60, a soldier must hold plank for 2 min 9 seconds.
