How does the Holy Spirit talks to us?

The scriptures usually use the word voice. “Angels speak by the power of the Holy Ghost; wherefore, they speak the words of Christ. Wherefore, I said unto you, feast upon the words of Christ; for behold, the words of Christ will tell you all things what ye should do” (2 Nephi 32:3).

How does the Holy Spirit reveal things to us?

The Holy Spirit will not leave us in confusion but will reveal the truth to us. He illuminates the dark areas of our lives to give us a clear vision of God’s purpose for us as indicated by 1 Corinthians 14:33 “For God is not a God of confusion but of peace. As in all the churches of the saints.”

What does it mean to listen to the Holy Spirit?

You need the knowledge of the Word to be in tune with the Holy Spirit and have context for the Words of God. You must be aware of God’s presence. God’s presence is wrapped into the triune God.

The same thing is true of the Holy Spirit. God will speak with you about anything you bring to him in prayer, but when it is time for God to bring up the topic of conversation, you can be sure that he will very often come back to the fruits of the Spirit with you again and again. In Galatians 5:22-25 it states:

He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you.” 2.
