How do you get into OCLD?
Candidates should be above 19 and below 25 years of age, as on 1st July, of the year of joining the Programme. Education : Candidates should have a graduate degree from a recognized University as on 1st July. The Kitchen Management Programme requires a graduate degree in Hotel Management.
How many rounds are there in OCLD?
Generally there are seven round during the whole process of OCLD where Management Trainees are selected who are trained at OCLD New Delhi for period of 1 year to 2 years and then posted as Assistant Manager in different Departments of one of many Hotels of Oberoi Group.
What is the duration of OCLD Programme If you are selected in sales?
The Sales Management programme focuses on practical training in hotels and will consist of 9 months of academic and practical inputs at The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development campus in Delhi and 9 months of on-the-job training in the hotels of The Oberoi Group.

Which is better Taj and Oberoi?
