You will get what they call an Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL), and that period is not counted in your Experience. In case on a paid leave, you will sign a bond with ISRO for three years after finishing you Masters. If you break that bond, you will have to give back the entire salary for two years, that they paid you during the leave.
