Old Asgard wins without question. Firstly Wakanda does not have the technology to access Asgard. The only we we have seen people going to Asgard is through the Bifrost and through the wormhole in Thor Ragnarok. This pretty much proves that Wakanda has zero chance of even touching Asgard and winning this battle.
