Why is my weight maintaining and not losing?
Most people who have difficulty losing weight are simply eating too many calories. An important factor in weight loss is how many calories you’re eating versus how many calories you’re burning. It may seem easy, but if you’re not tracking your calories each day, you may be consuming more than you think.

Why am I losing half a kilo a week but not fat?
If you have been losing half a kilo a week and then for two weeks appear not to have lost any weight, it could simply be that the loss of fat is being hidden by a kilo’s worth of variation. Again, the tape measure is a better guide than the scales.
Why is my weight stuck at the same point for weeks?
