Why didnt they just bury the One Ring?
Because the One Ring would’ve been able to find another master anyway. Hiding it would certainly make it stay away for a while, but it wouldn’t stay away forever. This is actually discussed in the book- The Council of Elrond really did suggest chucking it into the ocean.
Can Gandalf or Frodo fly on Eagles with the ring?
If Gandalf or Frodo could fly on eagles with the ring to the Mount Doom it wouldn’t really be a much of a story there. Gandalf calls the eagles, tells them to fly him or Frodo there, they drop the Ring inside Mount Doom and here the book ends! Ok, you could probably write in longer so it fits one page of a book.
