Why did Iduna not tell Agnarr?

Due to the bad blood between their people, Iduna kept her heritage a secret from Agnarr. Throughout the rest of her life, she never revealed that she was the girl that rescued him in the forest, but finally confessed her secret to him long into adulthood, shortly before their deaths.

How did Queen Iduna save Agnarr?

Along with the Northuldra, Iduna was able to interact with the elemental spirits who lived in the forest, particularly the Wind Spirit. After a battle broke out between the soldiers of Arendelle and the Northuldra, Iduna called upon the wind spirit and saved the young Prince Agnarr.

Iduna was unaware of the origins of Elsa’s powers, but believed that they were born out of love and thus a gift rather than a curse since she was born from the union of an Arendellian and a Northuldran. She accepted her daughter’s uniqueness and correctly believed that Elsa was a gift from the forest’s spirits and born with her powers for a reason.

Did Elsa know about ahtohallan until Frozen 2?

So, until Frozen 2, Elsa never knew about Ahtohallan or had any inkling of where her powers came from. Agnarr and Iduna never even left any documents or any diaries for their eldest daughter – the heir to the throne – in case they didn’t return from their planned two-week voyage.
