Why are high school students so immature?

High schooler’s brains haven’t finished developing and these students are dealing with a lot of pressure. This leads to a lot of irresponsibility and immaturity. When people are young and undeveloped, they’re immature. Once they’re done with college, they’ll be a lot more mature (hopefully).

Are high schoolers little kids?

Middle and high schoolers are considered minors until they reach the age of 18. At 18, in the United States, they are legal adults. A minor could be called a “child,” but I prefer the term “adolescents” for people in the 11–18 age group. Adolescence is a period of biological maturation.

Why do high school actors look so old?

Minor aged actors have to follow child labor laws, which can be pretty strict. It’s why twins are almost always used to represent a baby on TV and in the movies (the most famous example being Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen). Since each baby can only “work” for a very limited time, you need two to film the episode!

Why don’t children want to go to school?
